The House bill, entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Cecil county to reassess the
farm in said county, the property of the late Robert Evans.
Which was read the first time, and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance.
The House bill, entitled an Act" to repeal chapter 75, of
Article XXI., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Washington County," sub-title "Fish," and to amend and
re-enact the same.
Which was read the first time, and referred to Messrs.
Claggett, Crawford and Stephenson.
The House bill, entitled an Act to provide for the protec-
tion of wild turkeys in Charles county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to Messrs.
Compton, Henry and Fields,
The House bill, entitled an Act for the better protection of
land owners bordering upon the Chesapeake Bay.
Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries.
The House bill, entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel county to ap-
propriate a sum of money to the capital stock of the Annap-
olis and North Severn Bridge Company.
Which was read the first time, and referred to Messrs.
Tuck, Jump and Earle.
The House bill, entitled an Act to pay the bailiff of the
Circuit Court of Frederick county, at the end of the term of
said Court.
Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Stei-
ner, Davis and Jump.
The House bill, entitled an Act to protect the owners of
land bordering on the waters of Queen Anne's and Kent
counties.
Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Earle, Spencer and Williams.
The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 6, 7, 12,
17 and 18, chapter one hundred and thirty-five, Act of eigh-
teen hundred and seventy, entitled an Act to incorporate the
town of Manchester, in Carroll county, and re-enact the same
so as to read as follows.
Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Long-
well, Miller and Carroll.
