The Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36, of Article LVI, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Licenses," sub-title "Foreign Companies and Corporations," and to re-enact the same with amendments, Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Longwell, Carroll, Stephenson, Denson, Spates, Davis, Sellman, Dennis, Spencer, Earle, Steiner, Fields, Tuck, Henry, Williams—16. NEGATIVE. Messrs. Blake, Compton—2. The House bill, entitled an Act to provide for the inspec- tion of steam boilers in the City of Baltimore, Was read the first time and referred to the Senators from Baltimore City.
