Jump, Steiner, and Tuck to report a bill entitled an Act to add a new section to Article XX., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Talbot County," to be numbered section 3. Mr. Davis submitted the following message: BY THE SENATE, March 14, 1872'. Gentlemen of the House, of Delegates: We respectfully ask your Honorable Body to return to the" Senate, The House bill entitled an Act to exempt the second district of Baltimore county from the operation of the law prohibiting swine from running at large in said county. By order, AUGUSTUS GASSAWAY, Secretary. Mr. Felds submitted the following preamble and order: WHEREAS, John H. Wallace, of Caroline county, late an officer of the Senate, has departed this life; therefore, Be it ordered, That the Senate this day adjourn at 2 1/2 o'clock, P.
