Senate bill regulating the powers and duties of County Com-
missioners of Harford county.

On motion, by Mr. Tuck,
Leave was granted to Messrs. Tuck, Earle and Spencer, to
report a bill entitled an Act granting to the United States a
further addition to the site of the Naval Academy at Annapo-
lis, and ceding jurisdiction over the same.
On motion, by Mr. Crawford,
Leave was granted to Messrs. Crawford, Stephenson and
Claggett to introduce a bill to legalize a bequest from James
F. Williams, Wicomico county, deceased, to the Protestant
Episcopal Church of Salisbury, in said county.
