The Senate bill, entitled an Act to provide for the defence of Officers of Registration, Judges of Election and others who are indicted in the United States Court for alleged vio- lation of the Act of Congress, approved May 31, 1870, enti- tled an Act to enforce the right of citizens of the United States to vote in the several States, Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE.
