On motion, The House amendments were concurred in. And the said bill was then passed by yeas and nays as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Spates, Denson, Sellman, Fields, Spencer, Henry, Steiner, Longwell, Tuck, Miller, Wilson, Stephenson, Williams—14. NEGATIVE—None. Also, The Senate bill, entitled an Act to define the powers and duties of the County Commissioners of Harford county, Endorsed, "Amended and passed by yeas and nays." Said bill as amended was then passed by yeas and nays as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. Gentlemen of the House of Delegates : We have received your message requesting the return of the Senate bill, entitled an Act to more particularly to de- fine the powers and .duties of the County Commissioners of Harford county, in adjusting and levying for claims against said county, and concur therein, and herewith return the same.
