Also, from the same Committee, reported favorably, The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 4, of Article XLI., of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Fish and Fisheries," sub-title "Head of Bay." Which was read the second time. Also, from a Select Committee, reported favorably, The House bill, entitled an Act to add additional sections to Article X., of Public Local Laws, title "Dorchester County' sub-title "Reparian Rights," for the protection of Reparian Proprietors in Dorchester county; Which was read.the second time. Also, from the same Committee, reported favorably, The House bill, entitled an Act to authorize the County Commissioners of Dorchester county to build a bridge over Pishing Creek Ferry. Which was read the second time. Mr Davis presented the petition of Isaac S. George and others, praying certain amendments to the proposed mort- -gage law. Which was read, and laid on the table. Also, from Cary McClearnar and others, live stock deal- era, praying the same. Which was read, and laid on the table. Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, reported A bill, entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to the Maryland Eye and Ear Institute. Which was read the first time. Also, from the same Committee, reported favorably, The House bill, entitled an Act to refund to Charles C. Hill a sum of money. Which was read the second time. Also, from the same Committee, reported A bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 89, Article LVI, .of the Code of Public General Laws title "Licenses," and. to re-enact the same as amended. |
