1872.] OF THE SENATE. 411 Mr. Davis, from a Select Committee, to which had heed referred The House bill, entitled an Act relating to swine running at large in the Second Election District of Baltimore county, reported unfavorably, and the report adopted. Also, from the same Committee, to which had. been refer- red, The House bill, entitled an Act to prohibit stock from running at large in and around Pikesville, in Baltimore county, reported favorably thereon, and Said bill was then read the second time. On motion by Mr. Davis, The rules were suspended as required by section 27, of Ar- ticle III., of the Constitution, as follows; AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Henry, Blake, Longwell, Compton, Miller, Carroll, Stephenson, Claggett, Spates, Denson, Bellman, Davis, Steiner,. Dennis, Timmons, Earle, Wilson, Fields, Williams—20. NEGATIVE—None. So as to give a third reading to said bill this day. Said bill was then read a third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
