The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal amend and re- enact sections 54 and 64, of Article XV., of the Code of Lo- cal Laws for Montgomery county, relating to the town of Rockville, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Henry, Blake, Longwell, Compton, Miller, Crawford, . Stephenson, Davis, Spates, Dennis, Sellman, Earle, Steiner, Fields, Timmons—16. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared, and de- livered the following bills : The House bill, entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to pay the claims of Samuel Stewart, Thomas J. Duvall, and others. Which was read and referred to the Committee on Fi- nance. Also, returned The Senate bill, entitled an Act to more particularly de- fine the powers and duties of the County Commissioners for Harford county. Endorsed, "Considered, and passed by yeas and nays." Also, delivered The House bill, entitled an Act to incorporate the Board of Managers of the Dolan Children's Aid Society of Balti- more.
