The House bill, entitled "an Act making valid the action of the Local Board of Supervisors of the First Road District of Baltimore county, in condemning a road for public travel leading into the Fredericktown Turnpike Road in Baltimore county, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Longwell, Blake, Miller, Compton, Stephenson, Crawford, Spates, Davis, Sellman, Downs, Steiner, Dennis, Timmons, Fields, Williams—17. Henry, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. The Senate bill, entitled an Act supplementary to an Act for the establishment of a school in Caroline county, passed at November Session, in the year 1798, chapter 33, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE.
