Commissioners of Anne Arundel County to subscribe to the
capital stock of the Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad
Company.

The House bill, entitle an Act to repeal section 92, of Ar-
ticle X., of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Dorches-
ter County," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

The House bill, entitled an Act to authorize the Clerk of
the Circuit Court for Montgomery county to place certain
fees in the hands of the Sheriffs of the several counties of
this State and the City of Baltimore, for collection.
