The message submitted by Mr. Tuck, proposing a Joint Committee of both Houses of the General Assembly, to take into consideration the matters pending between the State and the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company, Coming up in regular order, On motion by Mr. Stephenson, The message was amended by striking out the word "four" where it occurs in said message, and insert the word "five." Which was adopted. 'The vote recurring upon the message as amended, It was adopted as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
