On motion of Mr. dark, of Baltimore City, (the rules be ing suspended), The House proceeded to the consideration of the bill, en- titled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City Council < Baltimore, to issue the bonds of said city, to an amount not exceeding two hundred thousand dollars, as provided by a ordinance of the said Mayor and City Council of Baltimore entitled "An Ordinance for the extension of Patterson Park, approved June 23, 1871. Said bill being upon a third reading, The bill was then read a third time, and passed by yea and nays, as follows:
