The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed?
at the January Session, 1868, charter 266, entitled a supple-
ment to the Act passed at the January Session, 1864, chapter
116, entitled an Act to revive and extend an Act to incorpor-
ate the Wicomico and Pocomoke Railroad Company, with
amendments, passed at December Session, 1847, and to re-
enact the game with amendments,
Reported favorably thereon, and
Said bill was read the second time.
Mr. Henry, from the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings, to which had been referred
The House bill, entitled an Act to give the sanction of the
General Assembly of Maryland to a deed from W. S. Keech,.
Trustee, to the Trustees of the Chestnut Grove Presbyterian,
Church in Baltimore county,
Reported favorably thereon, and
Said bill was read the second time.
On motion by Mr. Fields,
Leave was granted to Messrs. Fields, Stephenson and"
Henry, to introduce a bill, for the shortening of a public road"
iii Caroline county, and to enable William A. R. Griffith,
and certain minors in said county, to execute deeds of ex-
change of lands for that. purpose.
Mr. Tuck, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,.
to which had been referred

the Continental Fire and Marine Insurance Company of Bal-
timore, to change its corporate name and to cure certain.
irregularity in the original organization thereof,
