Mr. Tuck, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings, to
which leave had been granted, reported
A bill, entitled an Act for the relief of the creditors of the
late Wm. M. Dealeys.
Which was read the first time.
Also,
A bill, entitled an Act to add a new section to Article X.,
of the Code of Public General laws, title "Attachments,"
authorizing an attachment on original process to another
-county,
Which was read the first time and ordered to be printed.
Mr. Tuck, from a Select Committee, to which leave had
been granted, reported
A bill, entitled an Act to amend and re-enact the sixth
-section of the Act of 1870, chapter 192, relating to the repair of the public roads in Anne Arundel county.
Which was read the first time.
Mr. Longwell, from a Select Committee, to which leave
had been granted, reported favorably
A bill, entitled an Act to amend an Act entitled an Act to
incorporate the Western Maryland Railroad Company, passed
-January Session, 1870.
Which was read the first time, and ordered to be printed.
Mr. Spates, from the Committee on Corporations, to which
had been referred
House bill, entitled an Act to incorporate the Lubricating
Oar Axle Company, of Baltimore,
Reported favorably thereon, and
Said bill was then read the second time.
Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, to which had
teen referred
House bill, entitled an Act to authorize the Comptroller to
Audit and settle the claim of Mary C. Roberts,
Exported favorably thereon, and
Said bill was then read the second time.
The Hon. J. T. Mason appeared and delivered several
communications -from his Excellency Governor Whyte, en-
dorsed " Executive Business."
