The Hon. J. T. Mason, Secretary of State, appeared and
delivered two communications, endorsed "Executive Busi-
ness."
The House bill, entitled an Act to renew and extend the
Act passed at December Session, 1828, chapter 7, entitled an
Act to incorporate the Baltimore Screw Dock Company,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
