Which was read a first time, and referred to the Commit- tee on the Judiciary. Also, returned The bill, entitled an Act to repeal certain sections of, and amend the charter of the Old Town Savings' Institution of Baltimore, as contained in the Act, entitled an Act to incorpo- rate the Old Town Savings' Institution of Baltimore, passed at January Session, 1858, and repeal an Act passed at Janu- ary Session, 1860, entitled an Act to amend an Act, to incor- porate the Old Town Savings' Institution of Baltimore, pass- ed at January Session, 1858, and to re-enact parts of the same with amendments, and to change the name of said body cor- porate, to the Old Town Bank of Baltimore, Endorsed, " Passed by yeas and nays." Mr. Banks, the rules being suspended, submitted the fol- lowing order: Ordered, That when this House adjourn to-day, it stand adjourned until Monday next, 29th inst., at 12 o'clock, noon. On motion of Mr. Banks, at 2 3/4 o'clock, P. M., the House adjourned. |
