Wilson, Williams, Compton, Tuck, Downs and Blake. House bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 15, of Article L., titled "Jurors," of the Code of Public General Laws, and to re-enact, the same with amendments, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, .as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Fields, Blake, Longwell, Compton, Miller, Carroll, Stephenson, Claggett, Spencer, Denson, Timmons, Davis, Wilson, Downs, Williams—14 Dennis, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. House hill, entitled an Act to authorize Dr. Wm. Stewart to settle his final account as guardian to John Walter, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. .Messrs. President, Jump, Blake, Longwell, Compton. Miller, Carroll, Stephenson, Claggett, Spates, Denson, Spencer, Davis, Timmons, Downs, Wilson, Dennis Williams—17. Fields, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.
