Also, House bill, entitled an Act to revive and extend the Act: passed December Session, 1828, chapter 7, entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore Screw Dock Company, Reported favorably thereon, and Said bill was read the second time. Also, House bill, entitled an Act to incorporate the Trustees or the Bethlehem M. E. Church South, on Taylor's Island, Dor- chester county, Reported favorably thereon, and Said bill was read the second time. Mr. Spates, from the Committee on Corporations, to which' had been referred The House bill, entitled an Act to amend the charter of the Continental Fire and Marine Insurance Company, of Baltimore, Reported said bill, and, on his motion, The Committee on Corporations were released from the con- sideration thereof, and The bill referred to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings Mr. Miller, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings to which leave had been granted, reported A bill, entitled an Act relating to garnishees and attach- ments by Justices of the Peace. Which was read the first time. Also, A bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 36, of Article X of the Code of Public General Laws, -entitled " Attach- ments," and to re-enact the same as follows.
