Said hill was then returned to the House of Delegate!, The House bill, entitled an Act to make valid the sale and transfer by the Union Bridge Turnpike Company to the Liberty, Johnsville and Pipe Creek Turnpike Road Company, and to vest the franchises of said Companies in the Liberty, Johnsville and Pipe Creek Turnpike Road Company, Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays aft follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Longwell, Blake, Stephenson, Compton, Spates, Craw ford, Sell cyan, Davis, Spencer, Dennis,- Steiner, Fields, Timmons, Henry, Wilson—16. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. The House bill, entitled an Act to authorize the County Commissioners of Dorchester county to re-assess the real es- tate of Vachel Keene, lying in Dorchester District in said county, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, follows : AFFIRMATIVE.
