Which was read the first time.
Mr. Spates, from the Committee on Corporations, to which
had been referred
House bill, entitled an Act to renew, alter and amend an
Act to incorporate the Baltimore Manuel Labor School for
indigent boys.
Reported favorably thereon, and said bill was read the
second time.
Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, to which leave
had been granted, reported a bill entitled an Act to refund
Benjamin G. Hearn, of Wicomico county, a sum of money.
Which was read the first time.
The Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal, amend and re-
enact section 7, of Article XII. of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Harford county," sub-title "Almshouse,"
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The Senate bill, entitled an Act to enable W. H. Perot,
an alien, to hold interest and transmit real estate in the State-
of Maryland,
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The Senate bill, entitled an Act to release the sureties on
the official bonds of Charles Parker, collector, of State Taxes-
for Worcester county, for the year 1866 and 1867,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
third reading.
The Senate bill, entitled an Act to amend the Act of March
Session, 1865, chapter 147, entitled an Act to incorporate
the Empire Coal Company of Allegany county, by adding
thereto certain additional sections,
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a.
third reading.
The Senate bill, entitled an Act to amend an Act to in-
corporate the Baltimore Yearly Meeting of the Society of
Friends, held on Lombard street, in the City of Baltimore,
passed March 4th, 1867, by adding an additional section
thereto,
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.
The Senate bill, entitled a supplement to an Act entitled
