The House bill, entitled an Act to confirm the bequest of
Rev. James Dolan, deceased, to the Young Catholic's Friend
Society of the City of Baltimore, for the purpose of establish-
ing a Children's Aid Society,
Reported favorably thereon, and said bill was read the
second time. -
Mr. Stephenson, from a Select Committee, to which leave-
had been granted, reported
A bill, entitled an Act to repeal, amend and re-enact sec-
tion 7 of Article XII., of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title " Harford County," sub-title "Almshouse,"
Which was read the first time.
Mr. Blake, from a Select Committee, to which had been
referred
The House bill, entitled an Act to amend section 1, chap-
473, of the Acts of 1870, entitled an Act to add an additional
section to Article IV. of the Code of Public Local Laws,
entitled "Baltimore City," sub-title "Police," and to be sec-
tion 827 of said Act, by providing that jurisdiction in cases-
when concealed weapons are found upon offenders, be ex-
tended to all Justices of the Peace of the State of Maryland,.
in the City of Baltimore,
Reported unfavorably thereon,
And the report was adopted.
Mr. Denson, from a Select Committee to which had been
referred
The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 215, Ar-
ticle IV. of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of
Baltimore," sub-title "Elections," and enact the following,
Reported favorably thereon, and
Said bill was read the second time.

The House bill, entitled an Act to authorize the proprie-
tors of Greenmount Cemetery, to increase the permanent
fund for the maintenance thereof,
reported favorably thereon.

missioners of Dorchester county to re-assess the property of
