Mr. Blake, from a Select Committee, to which had been referred The House bill, entitled an Act to amend section 1, chap- 473, of the Acts of 1870, entitled an Act to add an additional section to Article IV. of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Baltimore City," sub-title "Police," and to be sec- tion 827 of said Act, by providing that jurisdiction in cases- when concealed weapons are found upon offenders, be ex- tended to all Justices of the Peace of the State of Maryland,. in the City of Baltimore, Reported unfavorably thereon, And the report was adopted. Mr. Denson, from a Select Committee to which had been referred The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 215, Ar- ticle IV. of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Elections," and enact the following, Reported favorably thereon, and Said bill was read the second time.
