Which was read the first time, and On motion by Mr. Spates, Said bill was ordered to be printed. Mr. Claggett, from the Committee on Judicial Proceed- ings, to which had been referred The House bill, entitled an Act to authorize W. J. Larimorre to settle his account as guardian to Ambrose H. D Larmore, and to pay over all money due said ward, Reported favorably thereon. Said bill was then read the second time. Also, The House bill, entitled an Act giving the sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland, to a certain legacy, be- queathed by the last will and testament of Elizabeth Routzahn, late of Frederick county, deceased, to the Council of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Middletown, Frederick county, Maryland, Reported favorably thereon, and Said bill was read the second time, Also, House bill, entitled an Act authorizing J. N. Dennis, guardian of Levi E. P. Bowland, a minor, to pass his final account with the Orphans' Court for Somerset county. Reported favorably thereon, and, Said bill was then read the second time. Also, House bill, entitled an Act authorizing Dr. Wm. Stewart, guardian of John Walter, a minor, to pass his final account with the Orphans' Court of Somerset county.
