Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.
Also,
The House bill, entitled an Act to amend section 1, chap-
473, of the Acts of 1870, entitled an Act to add an additional
section to Article IV. of the Code of Public Local Laws,
entitled "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Police," and be
section 827 of said Act, providing that jurisdiction in cases
when concealed weapons are found upon offenders, be ex-
tended to Justices of the Peace in Baltimore City.
Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Baltimore City.
Also,
The House bill, entitled an Act. to authorize the proprie-
tors of Greenmount Cemetery, to increase the permanent
fund for the maintenance thereof.
Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Baltimore City.
Also,
The House bill, entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Carroll county to subscribe to
the capital stock of the Turnpike Companies in Oarroll
county.
Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs.
Longwell, Steiner and Davis.

The House bill, entitled an Act authorizing James U. Den-
nis, guardian of Levin E. P. Bowland, a minor, to pass his
final account with the Orphan's Court of Somerset county. -
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

The House bill, entitled an Act to revive and extend the-
Act passed at December Session, 1828, chapter 7, entitled
an Act to incorporate the Baltimore Screw Dock Company.
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.
Also,
The House bill, entitled an Act to provide for an inter-
preter in the Orphan's Court of Baltimore City.
