Also, The House bill, entitled an Act to make valid the sale and transfer by the Union Bridge Turnpike Company to the Liberty, Johnsville and Pipe Creek Turnpike Road Com- pany, of all that part of Union Bridge Turnpike Company from Union Bridge, in Oarroll county, Md., to Daniel Wolf's, in Frederick county. Which was read the first time, and referred to Messrs. Longwell, Steiner and Miller. Also, The House bill, entitled an Act giving the sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland to a legacy bequeathed by Elizabeth Routzahn, late of Frederick county, to the Council of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Middletown, Frederick county, Maryland. Which was read the first time and referred to the Com- mittee on Judicial Proceedings. Also, The House bill, entitled an Act authorizing the Commis- sioners of Baltimore county to build a bridge over Jones' Falls, at Rogers' Avenue in said county. Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Davis, Steiner and Downs. Also, The House bill, entitled an Act to confirm the bequest of Rev. James Dolan, deceased, to the Young Catholic's Friend Society of the City of Baltimore, for the purpose of establish- ing a Children's Aid Society, |
