Downs, The question recurring upon the message as amended, It was determined in the affirmative. Mr. Earle submitted the following message: BY THE SENATE, February 6, 1872. Gentlemen of the House of Delegates : We have to request of your Honorable Body the return of Senate bill No. 7, entitled an Act to repeal sections 41, 42 and 43 of Article LVI. of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to Licenses, that we may give said bill further consideration. By order, AUGUSTUS GASSAWAY, Secretary. Upon the adoption of which, The yeas and nays were demanded, and the message adop- ted as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
