1872.] OF THE SENATE. 141 Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal the forty-first, forty- second and forty-third sections of Article LVI. of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to Licenses, and re-enact the same with amendments, and also to add additional sections to said Article, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: < AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Miller, Blake, Stephenson,' Carroll, Spates, Claggett, Sellman, Denson, Timmons, Fields, Tuck, Henry, Wilson, Longwell, Williams—16. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. Senate bill, entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City Council of the City of Cumberland to issue bonds for the purpose of providing for the payment of the debts other than bonded, and for the extension of the water mains throughout the sections of the said city not yet provided therewith, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Miller, Blake, Stephenson, Carroll, Spates, Claggett, ' Sellman, Denson, Timmons, Fields, Tuck, Henry, Wilson, Longwell, Williams—16. NEGATIVE—None.
