Senate bill, entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to pay Alfred Mobray, late Collector of Taxes in Dor- chester county, the amount overpaid by him into the Trea- sury Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Miller, Blake, Stephenson, Oarroll, Spates, Claggett, Timmons, Denson, Tuck, Fields, Wilson, Henry, Williams—15. Longwell, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. Senate bill, entitled an Act to amend the thirty-sixth sec- tion of Article XVI. of the Public General Laws of this State, title "Chancery," sub-title "Infants," by repealing the said section and re-enacting the same as follows, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE.
