Senate bill, entitled an Act to authorize and require the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Harford county to record such Chancery cases decided in said Court, as involve titles to land, and which have not been heretofore recorded, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Longwell, Blake, Miller, Carroll, Stephenson, Crawford, Spates, Claggett, Sellman, Downs, Steiner, Dennis, Timmons, Earle, ' Williams—IT. Jump, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. House bill, entitled an Act to complete the Worcester and Somerset Railroad, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as. follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
