Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. House bill, entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore City to issue the bonds of said City to an amount not exceeding two hundred thousand dollars, as provided by an ordinance of the said Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, entitled an Act for the extension of Patterson's Park, approved June 23d, 1871, Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Longwell, Blake, Miller, Carroll, Stephenson, Crawford, Spates, Denson, Sellman, Davis, Steiner, Downs, Timmons Dennis, Williams—17. Earle, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and returned, Senate bill, entitled an Act to permit Frederick Charles Edmund Petre, an alien, to hold (certain real estate, Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays." Also, Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 2, of chapter 274, entitled an Act to repeal section 2, of chapter 31, of the Acts of Assembly of 1865, in relation to the pub- lication of Laws, and to re enact the same, with amend- ments, and to amend and re-enact the same, Endorsed ' Reported unfavorably from the Committee on the Judiciary, and the report adopted."
