House bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 39, of Article-
XV. of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Montgomery
County," relating to Justices of the Peace and Constables in
said county, and to re-enact the same so as to read as fol-
lows,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

Mr. Timmons, from a Select Committee, to which had been
referred House bill, entitled an Act to complete the Worces-
ter and Somerset Railroad, reported favorably thereon, and
The said bill was then read the second time.
Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal the forty-first, forty-
second and forty-third sections of Article LVI. of the Code of
Public General Laws, relating to Licenses, and re-enact the
same with amendments, and also to add additional sections.
