Senate bill, entitled an Act to authorize and require the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of Harford county to record such
Chancery cases decided in said court as involves titles to
land, and which have not been heretofore recorded.
Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.
Senate bill, entitled a supplement to an Act entitled an
Act to incorporate the Hillen Road Company of Baltimore
county, passed at January Session, 1854, chapter 99, and
supplements thereto, passed at January Session, 1860, chap-
ter 41, and at January Session, 1867, chapter 214,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows :
AFFIRMATIVE.

Carroll, Miller,
Crawford, Stephenson,
Claggett, Spates,
Davis, Sellman,
Dennis, Steiner,

NEGATIVE—None.
Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.
Senate bill, entitled a further supplement to the Act enti-
tled an Act to incorporate the Fredericktown Savings' Insti-
tution, passed December Session, 1827, chapter 142, of the
General Assembly of Maryland, repealing the fifth section
thereof, and re-enacting the same with amendments,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
