amendment, chapter 44 of (he Act of 1870, entitled an Act .,
to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 170, Article
XXX. of Public General Laws, entitled "'Crime's and Punish-
ments," sub-title "Rivers,"
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

and amend the charter of the Old Town Savings' Institution
of Baltimore, as contained in an Act, entitled an Act to in-
corporate the Old Town Savings' Institution, passed at Janu-
ary Session, 1858, and to re-enact parts of the same with
amendments, and to change the name of said body corporate,
to the Old Town Bank of Baltimore,
