Senate bill, entitled an Act to amend an Act passed set
January Session, 1858, chapter 410, entitled an Act to incor-
porate the Mineral Hill Mining Company of Maryland, by
adding additional sections thereto,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows :
AFFIRMATIVE,
Messrs. President, Jump,
Carroll, Longwell,
Crawford, Stephenson,
Claggett, Spates,
Denson, Bellman,
Dennis, Spencer,
Earle, Steiner.

NEGATIVE—None.
Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.
On motion by Mr. Earle,
Leave of absence was granted to Messrs. Sellman and"
Spencer for a few days.
Senate bill, entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money
to pay Thomas J.Twilley tax collector for Sharpstown district,
in Wicomico county, for the years of 1868 and 1869,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:

and 73d sections of Article X. of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, relating to the town of Cambridge, in
Dorchester county, and to re-enact the same in an amended
form,
