Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, to > which had
been recommitted the Senate hill, entitled an Act to appro-
priate a sum of money to pay Thomas J.Twilley. late Collec-
tor lor Sharpstown District, in Wicomico County, reported.
favorably thereon.
Said bill was then read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Earle, from the Committee on. Finance, to which had
been referred House bill, entitled an Act to authorize the Ap-
peal Tax Court of Baltimore City to hoar the appeal of H.
R. Hazlehurst, reported unfavorably thereon.
Said report was adopted.
Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, to which had
been referred the petition of Joseph Neal, of Baltimore City,
praying an Act authorizing the Appeal Tax Court of Balti-
more City to reassess certain property, reported unfavorably
thereon.
The report was adopted.
Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, to which
leave hail been granted, reported a bill, entitled an Act to
repeal sections 41, 42 and 43 of the LVI. Article of the Cod*
of Public General Laws, relating to licenses, and re-enact
the same with amendments, and also to add additional sec-
tions thereto.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Fields, from a Select Committee to which leave had
been granted, reported a bill, entitled an Act to add addi-
tional sections to Article XVI. of the Code of Public Cent-
ral Laws, title, "Chancery," sub-title, "Trustee," to follow
section 139 of said Article.
Which was read the first time, and
On motion by Mr. Fields,
Was referred to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings.
Mr. Davis, from the Special Committee to which leave hail
been granted, reported
A bill, entitled a Supplement to an Act to incorporate thy
Hillen Road Company of Baltimore County.
