Which was read the first time and referred red to the Commission on Judicial Proceedings. House fill, entitled an Act to authorize the Appeal Tax Court of' Baltimore City, to hear the appeal of II. Pi. Hazlehurst. Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee on Finance. House bill, entitled an Act regulating fences in Wicomico county. Which was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Crawford, Henry and Fields. House hill, entitled an Act to make valid the action of the Local Board of S supervisors of the First Road District of Baltimore County, in condemning and opening a road for public travel leading into the Fredericktown Turnpike Road in Baltimore County. Which was real the first time and referred to Messrs. Davis, Tuck and Steiner. House bill, entitled an Act to repeal certain sections of and amend the chapter of the Old Town Savings' Institution of Baltimore, as contained in the Act entitled ''An Act to incorporate the Old Town Savings' Institution of Baltimore," passed at January Session, 1858, and repeal an Act passed at January Session, 1860, entitled "An Act to amend an Act to incorporate the Old Town Savings' Institution of Balti- more," passed at January Session, 1858, and to re-enact parts of the same with amendments, and to change the name of said body corporate to the Old Town Bank of Baltimore. Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com- mittee on Corporations. And returned Senate bill, entitled an Act to confirm and approve an Act passed January Session, 1870, chapter 2, en- titled "An Act to authorize the County Commissioners of Frederick County to subscribe to the stock of the Turnpike Company of Frederick County, |
