Senate bill, entitled an Act to authorize the Agricultural
and Mechanical Society of Allegany County and West Vir-
ginia and Pennsylvania to issue additional coupon bonds, and
secure the payment thereon,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

Mr. Claggett moved to suspend the rules, so as to give a
second reading to the Senate bill, entitled an Act directing
the County Commissioners of Washington county to issue
bonds to raise money to build a Court House for said county,
and appointing Commissioners to contract for the erection of
the same.
The yeas and nays were called, as required by Section 27,
of Article III. of the Constitution, and appeared as follows :
