Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2 of chapter
274, entitled an Act to repeal section 2 of chapter 31, of the
Acts of Assembly of 1865, in relation to the publication of
laws, and re-enact the same with amendments, and to amend
.and re-enact the same,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
follows:

Commissioners of Frederick County to build a new Almshouse, and to borrow money on the credit of the county for
