Mr. Groome moved to nonconcur in the report, and that
the House recede from its amendments.
Which, was decided in the negative.
The question then recurring upon the adoption of the re-

The Committee was discharged.
The Secretary of the Senate returned
The bill entitled an Act to amend and re-enact sections
141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 150, 151, 152,
153, 154, 155, 156, 167, 158, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163 and
164, of Article VIII. of the Code of Public Local taws, title
"Cecil County," and relating to Port Deposit.
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays with proposed amend-
ment."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Strike out all of section "164, after the word "peace," in
the 17th line, to the end of the section.
The amendment was adopted.
