The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 47, Arti-
cle XVIII. of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Clerks
of Courts," so far as the same applies to Talbot county, and
to re-enact the same with amendments,
Being upon a third reading,
On motion of Mr. Butler,
The further consideration thereof was indefinitely post-
poped.
The Senate bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act
for the establishment of a school in Caroline county, passed
at November Session in the 1798, chapter 33,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
