sage:
BY THE SWATS,
April 1st, 1872.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:
On Saturday last a message was sent by us to your Honor-
able Body, requesting the return to us of a bill entitled an
Act to repeal sections 33 and 34 of chapter 364, of the Acts
of 1870, entitled "oysters," and to re-enact the following
in lieu thereof, no response has been received by us to this message, and we hereby respectfully but earnestly request.
that your Honorable Body will extend to us the courtesy
usual between co-ordinate branches of Legislative bodies, of
responding to this message.
