We, the undersigned, a majority of the Committee of Con-
ference, appointed by the two Houses of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, to take into consideration a bill providing
for the appropriation of a sum of money in aid of the Mary-
land Eye and Ear Institute, beg leave respectfully to report
4; hat they have had the matter under consideration, and do
-hereby recommend the passage of the bill above referred to.
