The printing matter as ordered by the present General Assembly has far exceeded that of the last, and the Commit- tee bear testimony to the faithful fulfillment of the contract by the Printers. DANIEL FIELDS, Chairman. GEORGE W. WILSON, J. K. LONGWELL, JAMES L. DOWNS, C. M. JUMP, Committee on Printing on part of Senate. Which was read, and, On motion of Mr. Smith, .; The report was adopted. Mr. Smith submitted the following order: Ordered, That the Chairman on Claims be authorized to issue ft certificate to James A. Bramble, Sergeant-at-Arms of this House, for three hundred dollars, for taps and travelling expenses in summoning witnesses by order of the House. Which was read. Mr. Turner moved to strike out the word "three" before the word "hundred," and insert the word "two." Which was decided in the negative. Mr. Streett moved to lay the order on the table, The question recurring on sustaining the motion, Mr. Kirk demanded the yeas and nays, The yeas and nays were called, and appeared as follows:
