The Secretary of the Senate returned
The bill entitled an Act to appoint Tobias Johnson, Eli
Flemming, Jacob T. Eversole, George Barnes, Edward H.
Friend and Edmund Bonberger, Trustees, to sell a certain
tract of land belonging to "the Methodist Protestant Church
of Clear Spring, in Washington county, and to authorize them
to give a deed for the same.
Which was endorsed, "Reported unfavorably from a Select
Committee, and report adopted."
Also,
The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Farmers', Mer-
chants' and Mechanics' Association of the State of Maryland.
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
The Senate hill entitled an Act to repeal section 2, of the
Act of 1868, chapter 208, relating to the arrearages of the
Academic Fund of Howard county, and to provide for the dis-
bursement of the said fund for the benefit of the Primary
Schools of said county,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
