the town of Hagerstown, by means of water works, appoint-
ing a Water Board for that purpose, and authorizing the
Mayor and Council of Hagerstown to provide means for the
construction of said works, and concur therein.
We have appointed on the part of the House, Messrs.
Young, of Washington county, Newcomer and Whitson.

Which was read, assented to, and sent to the Senate.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 79, 80,
81, 82, 83, 84 and 85, of Article XXXV. of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Elections," subtitle "Repre-
sentatives in Congress," and to enact the following in lieu
thereof,
Wag read a third time and passed by yeas and nays. as
