1370 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [April 1,
Mr. Spencer moved the House do now proceed to the con-
sideration of printed bill 169, relative to forbidding members
of the General Assembly or other officers of the State, from
holding any other State office of profit or trust.
Pending which,
Mr. Griswold moved that the House do now proceed to the
-consideration of the report of the Select Committee on the
claim of the State against the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad
Company.
The question recurring upon sustaining the motion,
Mr. Griswold demanded the yeas and nays,
The demand being sustained, the yeas and nays were called
-and appeared as follows:
