Mr. Griswold, Chairman of the Committee on the Judi-
ciary, reported favorably,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 143 of the
Code of Public General Laws, title " Chancery," sub-title
"Testimony and Witnesses," and to re-enact the same in an
amended form.
Which was read a second time.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 79, 80,
81, 82, 83, 84 and 85, of Article XXXV. of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Elections," sub-title "Represen-
tatives in Congress," was considered.
Mr. Chaisty, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to enable the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore to provide for laying out and
opening North Avenue between York Avenue and Belair
Avenue.
Which was read a second time.
Mr. Cooper, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 194, 196,
197, of chapter 35 of Article IV. of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws, relating to docks, and to re-enact the same with
amendments,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
