1338 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 30,
Baltimore and Drum Point Railroad Company, of the State's
interest in the Annapolis and Elkridge Railroad Company.
Which was read a second time.
Also, favorably,
The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the charter of the
Annapolis and Elkridge Railroad Company, by authorizing
the said Company to extend its road to the Harbor of the City
of Annapolis, to borrow money upon a mortgage of its prop-
erty and franchises, and regulating the number and election
of the Directors of the said Company.
Which was read a second time.
The bill entitled an Act to amend the Act passed at the
January Session, 1868, chapter 431, incorporating the Frede-
rick and Williamsport Railroad Company,
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays,
