1872] OF THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES. 1335
Which had been read a second time on the 20th inst., and
endorsed through error, "Read a third time and passed by
yeas and nays, and which had been sent to the Senate,
and had had three separate readings in that Branch of the
General Assembly, and was returned to the House, endorsed,
"Passed by yeas and nays,"
Was taken up for consideration by the House, and having
been engrossed,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as

Said bill was then returned to the Senate, together with
the following message :
BY THE HOUSE; Or DELEGATES,
March 30, 1872.
Gentlemen of the Senate :
We herewith return House bill which had hut two read-
ings in the House of Delegates, before it was sent over to
your Honorable Body, the second reading being had thereof
on March 20th, 1872, and endorsed on bill through error, as
"read a third time and passed by yeas and nays." The
House has given the bill a third reading this day, and passed
the same by yeas and nays.
We respectfully ask your Honorable Body to pass the said
bill again.
