1334 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 30, Mr. Hardcastle moved that the House do now take a recess until 7 1/2 o'clock this P. M. Mr. T. H. Hamilton submitted the following amendment: AMENDMENT PROPOSED. Strike out "seven" and insert "five." Which was rejected. Mr. McCosker submitted the following amendment: AMENDMENT PROPOSED. Strike out "seven and-a-half," and insert "six." Which was rejected. Mr. Miller submitted the following amendment: AMENDMENT PROPOSED. Strike out "seven and-a-half" and insert "seven." Which was adopted.
